Brittin was in her first swim meet this week. She got 2nd place in the freestyle and 4th place in the backstroke. She loves it and really is doing awesome. I think she would have done better had she not missed so much practice from being at the cabin but that is just a proud mom speaking. Go Brittin!!

Yeah!! I wish I would have gone with you. Maybe next time.... The pink swim cap adds just the right touch. I bet she was easy to spot during the competition.
It was fun to see her. She looked like she has been doing this for a while. You can come with me to one before the summer is over. I think there is a meet every weekend. On of the reasons I did not want to sign her up. Oh well.
I knew she would do great, it was funny talking to her on the phone, she said she was the slowest and she was really nervous. I knew she would do great, how fun to be in swimming!!
I wish I could swim well! I only dog paddle. We put Claire in a Mommy and me swim class and she loved it, maybe someday she'll be doing well in swim meets just like Brittin!
Bryn, I think I'm going to stay at your parents' with Molly....I'll let you know if Chase and I are able to stop by sometime this week. I don't have your phone number, but I'll track it down. Thanks for being willing to put me up for a couple nights! You're the best! Love ya!

i love your blog! i had so much fun looking at it. i'm so proud of brittin with her swimming. it was so fun to hang out with everybody at the cabin, brittin was like my little sidekick but i can't get enough of her. i hope she knows i love her. sterling too. well, everybody. i just enjoy your kids.
