WHERE HAS OCTOBER GONE

This was a weird Halloween as not all my kids were around. Sterling went to the High School Football game with a friend dressed in Goth and Hunter went to a roller skating party at the roller skating rink. It was a quiet night, not even a lot of trick or treaters. Amree, Bodie and Brittin scored on the candy though.

Carving pumpkins. VERY DANGEROUS with Sterling.

Pumpkin Patch.

We went to visit some friends in Quincy, Washington for one of Sterling's soccer tournaments. Their town was having an October fest. The kids had lots of fun crossing rope bridges, milling corn, washing clothes on a washboard, etc.

Family pictures was an event. After getting everyone ready our very first 3 shots was of Amree throwing a tantrum. I was worried we were not going to get any good ones. She settled down though. We went with some friends out to a nature trail and took turns taking shots of each others families. Much more affordable.

MY BOYS!
FAMILY FIGHT!
These are in no specific order of what happened when but it is a start. I could not find a picture of Sterling in soccer or Brittin in volleyball on this computer so I will have to look on the other one later. It has also been brought to my attention that there are several of you out there who keep checking my blog but never respond. Please feel free to respond, as long as it is clean, so I do not feel like I am doing this just for funsies.

Hunter did great this year in tackle football. He made several touchdowns and several key tackles when they put him in on defense. I know it is not fair if he plays the whole game. I am a proud mother. I like to see them do well. Next year it will be on to Middle School football.

found you through Whitney. I think she saw a post you made on Carol Vance's blog. Whitney told me about what's going on with Carol and then she gave me your addy. I'm great. We (husband Mark, son Carter- 5 years old and daughter Wren- almost 4 years old) Live in Pleasant Grove Utah. Mark is the Creative Director at a company of art galleries. We've been married for 13 years. We met in a Hebrew class at BYU and then went to the Jerusalem Center together (although we didn't get together until after we got back) I teach Hebrew at BYU. I worked as a full-time professor for 8 years and then this year a scaled back to part- time to be able to spend more time with the kids. They are growing too fast:) and I decided I didn't want to miss it. I'm not a blogger, sorry, but I am on facebook if you happen to be. My parents still live in Draper UT and all my sibs are married. Whitney lives in CA and just had her 6th. Mac is in UT and has a 1 year old daughter. Chelsea is in Spanish Fork and has 5 daughters. Devanie is in Lehi and has an 18 month old son and Mallry likes in Daybreak UT and is a newly wed.

Tell me about you and your fam. Where are your parents and siblings? Do you keep in touch with anyone from the old ward? I just found Sarah Fulton via Facebook. She lived in Kenya for a few years working with some sort of government music therapy program and now is living in NYC. AMAZING!
